Passenger Car Electrical Equipment Set

Control panel
Nominal voltage - 110 V.
The control panel provides automatic and manual control, monitoring and diagnostics of the following car systems:
- power supply;
- lighting;
- climatic installation - heating (L/V and H/V), (monoblock under-roof air conditioner);
- special consumers.
High-voltage box
Nominal voltage:
control circuits, direct - 110 V
high-voltage circuits, direct or alternating - 3000 V
The high-voltage box provides:
reception and switching of electric power from the high-voltage undercar line;
protection of heating circuits from overloads and short circuits;
External power supply box
Provides power supply of the car from three-phase voltages of the industrial network 380 V 50 Hz in places of car parking, as well as from the undercar generator when the car is moving.
The external power supply box also provides a battery charging mode with adjustable charging current.
It includes rectifier bridges from the generator and transformer, and control, monitoring and protection devices.
Input voltage - ~380 V 50 Hz
Number of phases - 3
Output voltage - DC - 120 V - 145 V
Output rated power - 36 kW
Air conditioner control units KV-1-28, AVK-30

- Providing control of the power and low-flow circuits of the air conditioner.
- Providing operation of the air conditioner refrigeration machine in conjunction with the external and internal climate parameters of the car.
- Providing protection for air conditioner parts.
- Controlling the operation of air exchange in the car compartment.
Passenger and conductor consoles.

- digital indicators for displaying the temperature in the compartment and outside the car;
- temperature indicator and control elements in the compartment;
- ventilation indicator and control elements in the compartment;
- light indicator and control elements in the compartment;
- conductor call button with indicator (the conductor console only has indicator);
- toilet occupancy indicators;
- speaker volume control.
Information system and video surveillance

The passenger control panel includes the following elements:
- system control unit;
- management and video surveillance monitor;
- passenger remote controls;
- conductor remote;
- electronic indexes of compartment and seat numbers;
- charging devices with an individual lamp;
- information boards "Running term";
- information boards for timetables;
- outdoor information boards;
- video surveillance cameras;
- Wi-Fi module;
- GPS module;
- assembly kit
External panel is installed on the outer vestibule door or in the car body and is intended to display information:
- train number;
- route name;
- wagon number.
Timetable information board is a contrast LCD display with a touch screen and protective glass. The location of the scoreboard – opposite the third and sixth passenger compartments. The scoreboard is intended for displaying information:
- train schedules;
- route number and name; wagon number;
- depending on the time of movement – name of the settlement;
- current date (day: month: hour) and time (time: minute);
- temperature in the car and outside;
- rules, instructions for passengers;
- announcement, advertisement;
- additional information for passengers.
